1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the 35db1 platform (available at 35db1.io) or any of its associated services, games, or features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the 35db1 platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all players who access the platform from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other administrative divisions and districts of Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register an account and use the services offered by 35db1, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 35db1 strictly prohibits participation by minors. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a human individual. Registrations made by automated tools, bots, or scripts are prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 35db1 or have had a previous account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 35db1 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the full range of 35db1 services, you must register a single, personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 35db1 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 35db1 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your 35db1 login credentials with any third party. 35db1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 35db1 support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, 35db1 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the inability to process withdrawals until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

35db1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the player account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 35db1 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion and will communicate material changes to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are credited to your 35db1 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile financial service channels, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Player Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment account details you provide. 35db1 will not be liable for delays or failures in processing transactions caused by incorrect information submitted by the player. Any funds sent to an incorrect account as a result of player error cannot be guaranteed to be recovered.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

35db1 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 35db1 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation from any player where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 35db1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they, or any winnings generated from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

35db1 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing equal and opposite bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), or exploiting technical errors constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, 35db1 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the offending account(s), and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 35db1 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

6.2 Sporting Events

Cricket betting markets — including BPL T20, IPL, ICC World Cup fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by the cricket betting rules published on the platform. Results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, applicable void-bet or postponement rules will apply as specified in the individual market rules.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 35db1 platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots, crash games, and fish shooting games — use certified random number generators or live dealer mechanics as applicable. Payout rates (RTP) for individual games are determined by the game provider and are independently audited. 35db1 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, error in displayed odds, or system failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 35db1 reserves the right to void the affected transactions. No bet placed as a result of an obvious pricing error will be honoured. The decision of 35db1 in such matters is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35db1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulently obtained payment details.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per player, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, particularly in poker or live casino formats.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using 35db1 as a mechanism for transferring, concealing, or legitimising proceeds of crime.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside information or participating in any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Abuse of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards 35db1 customer support staff or other users of the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds to obtain an unfair financial advantage.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 35db1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 35db1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 35db1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the 35db1 platform without the prior written consent of 35db1.

The 35db1 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 35db1. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

35db1 is committed to protecting the personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with 35db1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

35db1 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as payment processors and KYC providers) and where legally required by applicable authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35db1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services, including any losses arising from interruption of service, delays, errors, or third-party failures.

35db1 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 35db1 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of 35db1 to any player for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 35db1 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 35db1's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

35db1 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or personal difficulties, we encourage you to make use of the tools and resources available on our platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time-Out: Set time reminders or session time limits to manage the duration of your gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you feel you need a break.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revised document. Your continued use of the 35db1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 35db1 platform, you agree to contact 35db1 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

35db1 is committed to handling all player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Complaints may be submitted to the support team via the contact details provided in Section 14. 35db1 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
